01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the 777xc website or mobile application, and by completing the registration process and creating an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who have not yet registered.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of your agreement with 777xc. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

777xc reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through the platform or via the contact details associated with your account. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 777xc platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 777xc takes its commitment to preventing underage gaming seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified. Any winnings generated by an account found to belong to an underage user will be voided.

Registration Information

When creating your account you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You must not register using false details, another person's identity or information that you are not authorised to use.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 777xc.
• Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under the same or different details — will result in all accounts being suspended.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with another person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for ensuring your contact details remain current and up to date in your account settings.

Verification

777xc may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing a withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in account suspension and held funds until the matter is resolved.

03 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777xc account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow a third party to access your account.

All activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 777xc support team immediately. 777xc will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs because of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

777xc reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we reasonably believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if we have concerns about the security or integrity of the account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

777xc supports PKR deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. We do not charge conversion fees on PKR transactions, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically credited to your 777xc account within seconds.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing times.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests are processed promptly. Processing times vary by payment method but we aim to complete all verified withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 777xc are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and other international cricket events — are among our most active sections. Football, Tennis, Basketball and Esports markets are also available.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change between the time you view a market and the time your bet is confirmed.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to slight delays to ensure fair processing. 777xc reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules for that specific sport and market type.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all sports and market types. These limits may vary by event, market and player account level.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price being offered, 777xc reserves the right to void any bets placed at that erroneous price.

Casino & Slots

Games available in the 777xc casino and slots sections are governed by the rules of each individual game as provided by the game supplier. All outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) where applicable. Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers and are subject to additional rules specific to each live table.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are available in each game's information panel.
• Bets placed during a disconnection or technical fault may be voided. In cases where a bet result was already determined before the disconnection, the result will stand.
• 777xc does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game at any time.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

777xc offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits and game restrictions. General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors who have not previously held an account on 777xc.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are used thereafter.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings will expire if wagering is not completed within the stated period.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus. Placing a single bet that exceeds the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.

Withdrawal of Bonus Winnings

Once all wagering requirements for a bonus have been met, any remaining bonus balance and winnings may be withdrawn subject to the standard withdrawal process and any maximum withdrawal limits stated in the specific promotion terms. 777xc reserves the right to cap withdrawable winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonuses where stated in the specific promotion.

07 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Enable session time alerts to remind yourself how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to register a new account.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777xc and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of funds and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 18.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended by 777xc.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to guarantee profit or to defraud the platform.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting or professional betting syndicate activity that is designed to systematically exploit promotions or odds.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or that is otherwise illegal under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the 777xc platform.

777xc monitors all accounts and betting activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. We cooperate with payment processors and relevant authorities where required by law.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777xc platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game content and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 777xc or its licensed content providers. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission from 777xc.

The 777xc name, logo and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of 777xc. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

777xc provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is accessible and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical faults at all times.

• 777xc will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• 777xc will not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor failures or events of force majeure.
• In no event will 777xc's total liability to any individual player exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Privacy & Data

777xc collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that document. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with applicable legal obligations.
